Terms of Service

By accessing or using Bonedle ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Game.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Game.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and play Bonedle for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the Game's materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Game
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Create derivative works based on the Game

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Bonedle at any time.

When using Bonedle, you agree to:

• Play fairly and not use cheats, exploits, or automation tools
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game's systems
• Not distribute malware or harmful code
• Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not use the Game for any illegal purposes

To maintain a fair and enjoyable experience for all players:

• Each player should solve puzzles independently
• Sharing daily answers before the day ends is discouraged
• Using automated tools or bots is strictly prohibited
• Exploiting bugs or glitches is not allowed
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate statistics is forbidden

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent ban from the Game.

Bonedle Content: The Game and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bonedle and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

League of Legends Content: Bonedle is a fan-made game and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games. League of Legends and all related properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

User Content: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Game become the property of Bonedle and may be used without compensation.

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Bonedle makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• That the Game will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• That the results obtained from use of the Game will be accurate or reliable
• That defects in the operation or functionality will be corrected

In no event shall Bonedle, its operators, or suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Game, even if Bonedle has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Game and informs users of our data collection practices.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Game will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Game after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
